This program is geared toward giving students a vigorous workout to sweat away the stress and anxieties that comes along with the pressures of being a teen. We believe taking care of oneself through exercise, having positive role models, and being engaged with their peers in a team setting helps keep teens out of trouble and feeling good about themselves.
