Adult (18 and up)

Our Adult Program has a good mixture of cardio and flexibility exercises, bringing a wide age range of adults together. Motivation, encouragement, accountability, and energy are all reasonswhy exercising in a group setting is so effective. The Art of Taekwondo, the discipline and the fundamentals, continue on to the Adult Program. The exercises promote fitness and relieve stress, but the Art helps students in all ages focus and meditate so he/she is more productive at home and at work.
